Return & Refund Policy
Standard Return Policy:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If our product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Time Limit: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item.
Purchase Source: We only accept returns for items purchased directly from Reli.
Product Condition: Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition, with all cords, adapters, and accessories included.
Cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Reli can provide shipping labels; $20 for each package(except all accessories) within the U.S address, for parcels outside the U.S., please inquire at service@reliup.com. The cost will be deducted directly from the refund. If the return is due to product quality issues, Reli will cover the return shipping cost.
*Non-returnable Items Include, But are not limited to
1.Product from Unauthorized Reseller/Individual;
2.Damaged item caused by human factors;
3.Non-physical products.
Return Process:
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
1.Write an email with the subject "Product Name + Return Request" and send it to service@reliup.com.
2.Provide the following information in the email:
--Purchase platform
--Order number
--Purchase date
--photos of damaged goods (if applicable)
Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
Refunds (if applicable)
The refund will be processed within 2 working days when we receive the return item. The expected time for the refund to be credited to your account depends on the payment method used, usually taking 1-3 working days.
